About The Position

The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake and sourcing to screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements, building and maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a responsive and high-quality candidate experience. The Recruiter will also maintain up-to-date records in the Rippling Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure hiring practices comply with employment law and company policy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Track record recruiting across multiple functions, not just hourly/retail roles
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort building pipelines from scratch
• Experience work with an ATS (Rippling, Greenhouse or similar)
• Sharp communication skills and ability to act as trusted advisor to hiring managers
• Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation
• Periods sitting at a desk, typing, sketching and working on a computer
• Able to lift/move/push/pull objects up to 25lbs
• Able to walk, sit and stand for extended periods of time
• Able to operate equipment such as computers, copy machines, phones
• Must be able to access various areas of a given location
