About The Position

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter in the Claremont, NC area. This is a Remote W2 contract however, there will be occasional travel onsite in Claremont, NC for career events. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates within the manufacturing industry. A Recruiter drives all aspects of talent management within a Talent Solutions' client. Executes full cycle recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience and service to our candidates and clients.

Requirements

2+ years of high-volume, end to end recruiting experience
Ability to thrive in fast pace environments, conducting approx 10 screens a day while managing other aspects of the recruiting process.
Previous client facing experience
Must reside around the Claremont, NC area.
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
Workday experience is preferred.
