About The Position

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter in the Claremont, NC area. This is a Remote W2 contract with occasional travel onsite in Claremont, NC for career events. The role involves using strong communication, organizational, and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates within the manufacturing industry. The recruiter will be responsible for putting people to work, building relationships with candidates and clients, hitting goals, and becoming an expert in the field. The position drives all aspects of talent management within a Talent Solutions' client, executing full-cycle recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience and service to candidates and clients. This includes leveraging knowledge of role design, improving sourcing strategies, building diverse candidate pipelines, exceeding client expectations, screening and assessing candidates, advocating for them, removing barriers, and ensuring they are equipped for success. The role also focuses on driving client satisfaction and loyalty, positioning as an expert in the world of work, and understanding local market dynamics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-volume, end to end recruiting experience
  • Ability to thrive in fast pace environments, conducting approx 10 screens a day while managing other aspects of the recruiting process.
  • Previous client facing experience
  • Must reside around the Claremont, NC area.
  • Strong communication, organizational and technology skills
