About The Position

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter in the Claremont, NC area. This is a Remote W2 contract with occasional travel onsite in Claremont, NC for career events. The role involves using strong communication, organizational, and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates within the manufacturing industry. A Recruiter drives all aspects of talent management within a Talent Solutions' client, executing full cycle recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience and service to candidates and clients.

Requirements

2+ years of high-volume, end to end recruiting experience
Ability to thrive in fast pace environments, conducting approx 10 screens a day while managing other aspects of the recruiting process.
Previous client facing experience
Must reside around the Claremont, NC area.
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
Workday experience is preferred.
