Fervo Energy is advancing the next generation of geothermal energy to deliver 24/7 carbon-free power at scale. We combine subsurface engineering, horizontal drilling, and real-time data systems to unlock a clean, reliable energy resource that can meet global demand. Fervo is growing across technical, operational, and corporate functions, and the quality of our hiring directly shapes our ability to execute. This role sits within a small, high-output Talent Acquisition team and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. The Recruiter owns full-cycle recruiting for an assigned portfolio of roles across Fervo's business, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build targeted sourcing strategies, and move qualified candidates efficiently through the process. You will manage requisitions from intake through offer, with accountability for candidate experience, process integrity, and time-to-fill at every stage. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will represent Fervo externally at career fairs and networking events, maintain pipeline for hard-to-fill roles, and support offer management and onboarding coordination in partnership with the broader People Operations team.
