About The Position

This position will be based in one office daily. This position is available immediately.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Ability to use computerized systems.
  • Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Candidates will have the physical ability to perform job-related duties, which may require lifting a minimum of 10 pounds, bending, stooping, stretching, pulling, and pushing.

Nice To Haves

  • Some college preferred.
  • A specific understanding of geographical/cultural requirements of branch office is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual – English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels.
  • Develop trusting relationships with potential hires.
  • Educate and recruit field personnel and professionals based on regional operational needs.
  • Participate in all general office administrative operations including on-call responsibilities to ensure business continuity and excellent customer service.
  • Participate in community recruitment activities and organize events to promote current employment opportunities.
  • Monitor all electronic recruitment sites daily and follow up with all inquiries and applicants within one business day of initial outreach.
  • Generate and utilize all local and company recruitment marketing material to meet operational initiatives.
  • Provide inventory updates to ensure the office maximizes promotional items budget.
  • Facilitate application process and provide all potential hires with necessary documents for onboarding.
  • Maintain strong customer service to ensure the highest possible recruitment conversion rates.
  • Schedule and host orientation activities.
  • Manage recruitment volume and hiring conversion processes.
  • Support and maintain annual compliance and training for field caregivers.
  • Run Reports and utilize data from EMR and Electronic File Storage System to manage KPIs.
  • Follow Agency Policies and Procedures.
  • Ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
  • All other duties as assigned.
