About The Position
We are seeking a First Time Recruiter. We don’t hire recruiters; we hire awesome people and teach them how to recruit. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, integrity, intelligence, and a dislike for drama and office politics. This role offers a chance to earn significantly, make a difference by helping people find better jobs, and receive comprehensive training at our headquarters in Tulsa, OK. This is not a 9 to 5 position, but rather a demanding role with a steep earning curve, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities
- Find qualified technical talent, business professionals, and project management professionals to fill positions at our client companies
- Cold call, generate leads and referrals
- Aggressively grow our talent base
- Manage relationships with new and existing candidates
- Demonstrate passion, honesty, integrity
- Fit in, have fun, work hard
