About The Position
Valley Tree Care is a family-owned company with 27 years of experience in the Tree Care industry. They are looking to hire a Recruiter to help meet staffing goals and revolutionize the industry with exceptional and innovative services. The compensation for this role is $19-22 an hour, based on experience. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and involves working Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, with a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, task-oriented, confident in decision-making, reliable, and self-driven with a strong work ethic. They must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with candidates and management, and possess the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week. Flexible schedule.
- Qualities: organized, professional, task-oriented, confident in decision making, reliable, and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with candidates and management
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Work closely with management to ensure staffing goals are met
- Create, post and manage job listings cross platforms
- Utilize platforms like Indeed, CareerPlug, FaceBook and others
- Assess resumes based on relevant experience
- Conduct phone screening interviews and keep detailed notes in a spreadsheet
- Schedule interviews across multiple calendars and manage candidate communication
- Build and maintain recruiting processes
- Email offer letters and assist in the onboarding process
