About The Position

The Recruiter is a pivotal role in our success story at Gartner. Working in partnership with the business, you will think strategically, move quickly, and relentlessly focus on identifying, assessing, and hiring top talent that drives Gartner’s growth. This opportunity supports Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) - the team that helps shape Gartner's mission-critical sales and services priorities and works with sales and services leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As a Recruiter working with the GSSO team, you'll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartner's sales and services teams, which are delivering approximately $4.9B in annual revenue and working to drive sustained double-digit growth. Requirements

  • 4-7 years’ experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role.
  • A consistent track-record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Work with a database for sourcing and tracking of candidates.
