  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Deep understanding of global hiring practices, compliance considerations, and compensation benchmarking
  • Experience owning or optimizing ATS systems and recruiting operations
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights and process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process across all open roles globally (NA, EMEA, APAC)
  • Lead intake/kickoff meetings to align on role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategy
  • Proactively source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical roles
  • Deliver an impactful candidate experience from first touch through offer and close
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding decision-making and elevating hiring quality
  • Influence hiring strategies, workforce planning, and role design
  • Provide market insights, including compensation benchmarking and talent availability across regions
  • Evaluate and continuously improve global recruiting processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability
  • Create structured, regionally appropriate hiring practices while maintaining global alignment
  • Develop and refine job descriptions to ensure clarity, competitiveness, and alignment with company values
  • Integrate company values into hiring processes and candidate evaluation frameworks
  • Use recruiting data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
  • Analyze differences in hiring performance across roles, regions, and markets, and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Maintain a strong, current understanding of evolving talent markets, including supply/demand trends and competitive benchmarks
  • Own and optimize the ATS and recruiting systems, ensuring clean, organized, and scalable workflows
  • Build and maintain structured documentation, including role folders, interview kits, and regional hiring resources
  • Manage interview processes end-to-end, ensuring consistency and strong interviewer enablement
  • Ensure compliance with hiring best practices across different states and countries

Benefits

  • High trust, real impact: You’ll have the autonomy and expectation to lead with ownership, tackle problems end-to-end, and make decisions that move the business forward in meaningful ways.
  • Curiosity with discipline: We value asking sharp questions, challenging assumptions, and exploring smarter ways to work. We don’t just get things done, but to get them done right for our customers.
  • One team, all in: Collaboration beats ego, wins are shared, and we rally together when the work gets tough.
  • Space to grow: You’ll be supported and stretched, taking on challenges that build capability, sharpen judgment, and accelerate your growth as a leader and problem-solver.
  • Progress with purpose: We move fast, stay focused on what truly matters, and prioritise long-term impact over quick fixes.
