About The Position

AIR is hiring an Operations Talent Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts for a variety of positions and department teams based out of our Denver Headquarters. Working as part of a centralized team in Denver, CO, the Talent Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for executing AIR’s recruitment strategy to ensure job vacancies are filled timely with quality candidates.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, operations, retail, hospitality, etc.) or equivalent combination of operations experience.
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize multiple software applications and data entry systems
  • Dependable and proven ability to work independently
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the full-cycle recruitment efforts for a wide variety of job openings including individual contributor, manager, and leadership positions across the organization.
  • Establish relationships with regional leaders and hiring managers, ensuring successful placement and onboarding of new hires.
  • Identify creative and effective methods for sourcing quality talent.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local school programs and other potential referral sources.
  • Manage employment marketing efforts including writing compelling job ads and selecting advertising partners that will attract qualified candidates for open roles.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of both internal and external candidates for critical positions.
  • Execute AIR’s team member referral program
  • Monitor public job advertisements regularly ensuring quality of posting, and alerting leaders to fraudulent postings if/when identified.
  • Manage candidates through pre-employment screening process
