As a People Operations Generalist / Recruiter at Javvy, you’ll play a key role in building and supporting the team behind one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the U.S. This is a hybrid role across talent acquisition and HR operations, where you’ll own both hiring and core People Ops responsibilities. This role is structured as a 6-month contract, with the potential to extend or convert to a full-time position based on company needs at the end of the contract period. You’ll partner closely with the Head of People Operations and hiring managers to bring in top talent, deliver a strong employee experience, and ensure our people systems scale effectively as we grow. The role will begin with a 1–2 month onboarding and ramp period, followed by primary ownership of day-to-day HR operations during a maternity leave coverage period. When the Head of People Operations returns, there will be a transition overlap period to ensure continuity and a smooth handoff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and sees themselves as both a recruiter and an HR generalist—not one or the other.
