About The Position

United Flow Technologies (UFT) is a platform established in July 2021 focused on investing in the municipal and industrial water and wastewater market. UFT partners with market-leading businesses to create a national provider of process, pump, automation & control, and other equipment solutions. UFT is hiring a Recruiter to support hiring across multiple teams and portfolio companies. This is a full-cycle role with broad exposure across functions, requiring an organized, adaptable individual comfortable managing competing priorities. This position requires working on-site 5 days a week in the Irving, TX office.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience in industrial, construction, or engineering recruiting (civil, mechanical, etc.) is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

Nice To Haves

• Experience in water/wastewater or related industry experience
• Creative sourcing strategies for limited candidate pools in certain geographies

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer
• Initiate and manage candidate background checks
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously across different teams and functions
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking in our ATS (Lever)
• Partner with hiring managers across all levels
• Drive accountability in the hiring process while maintaining strong relationships
