We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiter to attract and hire top talent for MacDonald-Miller. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to lead the full-cycle recruiting process, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening our employer brand through networking, sourcing, and community engagement. In addition, you will manage the MacDonald-Miller Summer Internship Program, leading recruiting efforts, university partnerships, onboarding, intern events, and the overall intern experience. This program is a critical pipeline for future talent and an important part of our long-term hiring strategy.
