The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and takes pride in building strong relationships with candidates while maintaining a steady and consistent hiring process.

• Previous recruiting experience (healthcare or home care preferred)
• Experience using CareerPlug, Indeed, or similar job platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings at once
• Self-motivated
• Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
• Able to identify what needs to be done and take action without waiting for direction
• Strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job listings
• Source and engage caregiver candidates (CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, companions)
• Review applications and conduct phone and virtual interviews
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
• Respond quickly to applicants to improve hiring speed and conversion
• Coordinate background checks, references, and onboarding
• Work closely with scheduling/operations to meet staffing needs
• Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics
