About The Position

Chewy is seeking an on-site, high-volume Staffing Recruiter to join its Field Talent Acquisition team. The recruiter will screen and hire entry-level employees for the Mt. Juliet Fulfillment Center, manage full-cycle recruiting, and prioritize a responsive, positive candidate experience. The role works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support hiring goals, while developing candidate pipelines aligned with market conditions and business strategies. The recruiter tracks hiring-cycle goals and results, communicates progress, and identifies and implements improvements to the recruitment process. The position also involves maintaining professionalism and confidentiality, connecting with new hires, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Expertise working with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
Strong project management and agency management skills.
Outstanding networking and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
Ability to independently manage competing demands and continually reprioritize.
High sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Familiarity with current technology and tools.

Responsibilities

Execute recruiting and pipeline-building plans.
Work with hiring managers to understand their needs, identify suitable talent, and meet hiring goals.
Provide a positive candidate experience and respond to candidates and hiring managers.
Manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates using active and passive sourcing methods.
Develop candidate pipelines based on market needs and business strategies.
Track hiring-cycle goals, metrics, and performance, and communicate status and results regularly.
Propose and implement ongoing recruitment-process improvements.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Connect regularly with new hires to support a positive experience.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
