Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
  • High-volume recruiting experience with a passion for finding and developing talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet recruiting goals and performance metrics.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using recruitment databases, Paycom, and LinkedIn recruiting tools is preferred.
  • Two or more years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for airport operations, aviation services, facility maintenance, or similar industries is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach.
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the HR Support Team to monitor hiring progress and onboarding completion.
  • Process applicant, new hire, and employee transactions through the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Promote Huntleigh USA as an employer of choice through professional communication and exceptional candidate service.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the HR Director, General Manager, Regional Director, or other members of leadership.
