About The Position

We're looking for an experienced contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support full-cycle hiring across multiple functions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build strong partnerships with hiring managers while keeping the candidate experience front and center.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or in-house setting
  • Comfort recruiting across multiple functions (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Corporate, etc.)
  • Strong sourcing skills and a proactive approach to finding talent
  • Experience working in an ATS (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar)
  • Clear, professional communication with hiring managers and candidates alike
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once without dropping the ball on details
  • A collaborative mindset and low ego, you're here to get things done

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-growth or scaling organization
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or similar
  • Background supporting TA ops or process improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across business functions, from intake through offer
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles
  • Source proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other creative channels
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against defined competencies and role requirements
  • Maintain clean, accurate data in the ATS throughout the recruiting process
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and reporting to TA leadership and hiring managers
  • Help ensure a consistent, positive experience for every candidate regardless of outcome
  • Contribute to process improvements and share feedback on what's working and what isn't
