About The Position

Greyhound is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Recruiter to support high-volume hiring (100+ hires per year) for our operational teams. This role sits at the center of our talent pipeline — owning the candidate experience from sourcing through offer, while partnering closely with hiring managers to keep our frontline workforce fully staffed and moving.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of recruiting or talent coordination experience, ideally in a high-volume or operational environment (transportation, logistics, retail, hospitality, or similar)
  • Proven ability to manage a large requisition load without sacrificing quality or candidate experience
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates through sourcing tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working in an ATS; iCIMS experience preferred
  • Clear, timely communicator — with candidates, hiring managers, and your team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and urgency is the norm
  • A bias toward action and a "whatever it takes" approach to filling open seats
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience hiring for DOT-regulated or safety-sensitive roles preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain robust pipelines for recurring operational roles, monitoring applicant flow and adjusting sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets and time-to-fill goals
  • Act as a reliable partner to operational managers, collaborating on job postings and intake conversations to ensure candidate profile alignment, providing regular pipeline updates and setting realistic expectations
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social platforms, community partnerships, and referral networks
  • Manage candidate communication with urgency and professionalism, ensuring a consistently positive experience
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple locations and time zones
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS; ensure data integrity across all requisitions
  • Escalate bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions to keep hiring on track
