About The Position

As a Recruiter at Contract Transport Services, you will support hiring for CDL drivers, warehouse associates, IT positions, and administrative roles. You will act as a consultant to hiring managers, build an effective pipeline, and employ creative recruiting strategies. Your passion for recruitment and ability to leverage innovative sourcing techniques will be critical to attracting top talent in a tight candidate market. This is an office position located in Green Bay, WI, and work is in person.

Requirements

Experience identifying, engaging, and recruiting passive candidates.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of positions, with a focus on experienced and entry-level CDL Class A drivers.
Source candidates using advanced recruitment and traditional passive-candidate sourcing techniques, while continually developing new ways to attract talent.
Communicate and collaborate proactively with managers regarding job postings, talent market information, hiring trends, and recruiting best practices.
Maintain and update the applicant database and provide requested reports, such as sourcing reports, applicant tracking, and other recruiting data as directed by management.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources on projects and initiatives.
Attend and plan networking events, presentations, and industry-related career fairs, which may occasionally take place outside normal working hours.
