Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Exceptional patience and a proactive, customer-service-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and handle constructive feedback with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Understanding recruitment practices and current labor legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit potential candidates through online channels, networking, and industry events to maintain a strong pipeline of talent for internal and consulting roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, providing proactive updates and feedback to refine search criteria.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, coordinating interviews, answering questions, and ensuring a positive and professional experience from application to onboarding.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling, or other ad-hoc projects outside of standard recruiting duties as needed to support the broader team.
  • Review resumes and conducts thorough initial phone screenings to assess not just technical fit, but cultural alignment and soft skills.
  • Assist in the negotiation and preparation of job offers, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment activity.
