Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with success managing professional and specialized roles in a fast-paced environment
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers through the full hiring process
Demonstrated ability to source candidates proactively rather than relying only on inbound applicants
Experience working within an applicant tracking system and maintaining strong process discipline
Track record of balancing speed, quality, communication, and follow-through across multiple searches
Experience in high-growth, multi-entity, or multi-brand environments
Experience recruiting for technical, infrastructure, operations, corporate, or investment-adjacent roles
Experience supporting hiring during periods of rapid organizational growth or change
Experience using sourcing tools, automation, or AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve efficiency
Strong execution orientation and comfort managing multiple priorities at once
Sound judgment in candidate assessment and stakeholder communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
High attention to detail and consistent follow-through
Data-aware mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics and workflow signals to manage execution
Team-oriented approach and willingness to operate with flexibility in a growing environment

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and pre-boarding handoff
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, business context, and decision criteria
Build and maintain active candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job postings, and external channels as appropriate
Conduct recruiter screens to assess candidate fit, motivation, capabilities, and alignment with role requirements
Drive timely movement of candidates through the process while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
Support offer development, closing activity, and transition to onboarding in partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership and HR
Build effective working relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners across Tract and Fleet Data Systems
Provide clear communication on search progress, candidate flow, market feedback, and hiring process next steps
Help hiring managers stay aligned to structured interview practices, decision timelines, and process expectations
Escalate risks, bottlenecks, or priority conflicts quickly and constructively
Develop practical sourcing strategies for assigned roles based on business need, talent availability, and search complexity
Identify and engage passive talent for harder-to-fill positions where proactive outreach is required
Share relevant talent market feedback with hiring leaders and TA leadership, including compensation signals, location constraints, and candidate availability
