Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Zero (0) to Three (3) years of experience required.
• Experience with MS Office is required.
• This position is available only to those who reside in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training,
• Previous healthcare, corrections and or agency recruiting experience, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and recruit candidates using established recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Partner with hiring managers, provide guidance on the recruitment process, and support candidate selection and next steps.
• Review applications, source candidates, conduct phone screens, and recommend applicants for interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and verify qualifications, credentials, references, and background information.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and review recruitment metrics to monitor hiring performance and compliance.
• The Recruiter may also participate in job fairs, hiring events, and networking events.
