About The Position
Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a Recruiter to join our team! We are seeking a detail‑oriented Recruiter to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting prescreening interviews, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for all candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify key candidate strengths
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruiting required
- Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws
- Must be able to drive company vehicle
Nice To Haves
- SHRM certification preferred
- Working knowledge of ADP preferred
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate resumes for qualifications and role alignment
- Conduct prescreening calls to assess candidate fit and interest
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and accurate documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Other duties as assigned
