This role will focus exclusively on recruiting for management and administrative positions across the organization, partnering closely with leadership teams to identify exceptional talent for key professional roles. The ideal candidate is also close enough to our Bunnell, FL "Field Support Office" for training, but will mostly work remote. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for connecting exceptional talent with meaningful career opportunities
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also operating independently
  • Self-starter mentality — someone who takes ownership and runs with opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for management and administrative positions across the organization
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process
  • Build strong talent pipelines and maintain an active network of candidates
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records
  • Assist with recruiting strategies, hiring events, and employer branding initiatives
  • Move quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
