Our focus is to expand our technology lead, acquire and integrate less efficient competitors, and tap into new segments through an integrated inbound marketing and sales approach. This Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting candidates who are currently active legal process servers or who are interested in gig work and becoming a legal process server. The recruiter will work with the sourcing team to conduct high-volume outreach to candidates, explaining the role and responsibilities of the job. This is a continuous recruiting function, requiring ongoing outreach across the US and execution of sourcing strategies based on market trends.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years recruiting in a high-volume environment
- Experience creatively recruiting candidates in a high-volume, metric-driven environment
- Proficient in Excel, including data tools and formulas
- Experience creating and maintaining pipelines and talent pools in a CRM or ATS [e.g., Greenhouse, Hubspot, metabase and proprietary system]
- Experience creating e-marketing/outreach campaigns
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to focus on complex tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Generate leads through high-volume outreach activities (cold calling, SMS, email campaigns)
- Execute creative sourcing strategies to connect with high-quality candidates across the US
- Screen and vet candidates for role fit, reliability, and qualification requirements
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools within our ATS/CRM
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs
- Keep hiring managers updated on strategy, hires, and pipeline status
