About The Position

The Recruiter will work with the hiring managers to identify top-level talent for consideration for employment at Liquid Environmental Solutions. The Recruiter will lead /direct-sourcing recruitments, improve productivity, reduce turnover, provide research, sourcing, and pre-qualification support as needed for all levels (entry to senior level) positions.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge and proven experience in sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Comprehension of legal, ethical, company policy, and regulatory compliance regarding employment practices.
  • Learned knowledge of specialized functions in the Company (i.e. service tech & plant operators)
  • Basic knowledge of labor law as it applies to recruiting
  • Works effectively in both individual and team-based settings and projects
  • Demonstrated time management expertise and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Self-starter, confident, outgoing, persuasive, persistent, responsive, accountable
  • Solid working understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School or equivalent; undergraduate degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in employment recruiting or related activities
  • Experience with social networking sites (LinkedIn, Search Engines, Job Boards, etc.) as tools for recruiting activities
  • Experience working with ADP (HRIS) or similar candidate recruitment management systems a plus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across operations within multiple states
  • Directly initiate contact with both active and passive job candidates as assigned for specific searches
  • Develop a strong relationship with hiring manager and business leaders.
  • Create an applicant pool using such resources as job boards, networking, search engines, diversity groups, and other various sources.
  • Analyze and evaluate the information provided on a candidate’s application form.
  • Conduct personal and phone interview to determine the suitability of the applicant for employment.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring manager and others as needed.
  • Perform further background reference investigation and related testing, if applicable, i.e., prior employment references, transcripts, etc.
  • Coordinates hiring and on boarding activities such as drug screens, physicals, start date, etc.
  • Coordinate offer letter and salary rates with hiring manager
  • Responsible for all applicant tracking (including recruiting vendors) and related affirmative action activities (AAP/EEOC 1 reporting).
  • Acts as liaison with area employment agencies, preparation and liaison with advertising agencies, liaison with temporary and permanent placement agencies, and employee referral program.
  • Compile and distribute reports on employment activity, and establish metrics for measuring recruitment activities.
  • Create and update all job descriptions
  • Update company website and phone message system on a weekly basis
  • Updates HRIS system information for new hires/closed positions.
  • Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
