About The Position

Action Property Management, a leader in homeowner's association management since 1984, is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. As the largest privately owned HOA management company in the West, serving over 300 communities with nearly 900 employees, Action is looking for a proactive talent sourcer and relationship builder. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recruiting experience, be proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search, and possess strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. This role requires a high level of internal customer service and follow-through throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience required.
Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated experience proactively identifying candidates.
Proficiency with Boolean search techniques and the ability to translate job requirements into targeted sourcing strategies.
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to source and engage candidates.
Comfortable proactively reaching out to passive candidates through InMail, email, phone, and other channels.
Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through the completion of the hiring process.
Strong commitment to internal customer service and building trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
Highly responsive, collaborative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
Strong sense of urgency with the ability to follow through and keep searches moving forward.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions, stakeholders, and competing priorities while staying organized.
Must be able and willing to work California business hours, regardless of where they are located.
Candidates must have the flexibility to travel when business needs require it.

Nice To Haves

Staffing agency recruiting experience is a plus.
Experience recruiting for hospitality, property management, HOA/community management, customer service, engineering, or related roles is a plus.
Experience using Lever or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from sourcing and initial screening through offer acceptance.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and high-volume positions.
Build effective Boolean search strings and use creative search techniques to uncover talent across multiple platforms.
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify active and passive candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct recruiter screens and provide thoughtful, concise candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
Serve as a responsive and solutions-oriented recruiting partner to hiring managers, providing regular updates, market insights, and recommendations throughout the search.
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring candidates feel informed, respected, and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, calibrate candidate profiles, troubleshoot recruiting challenges, and adjust strategies when needed.
Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support hiring events, recruiting initiatives, and special projects as needed.
