About The Position

BitGo is seeking an organized, execution-oriented contract recruiter to support hiring across the organization, primarily for G&A roles. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs, identify and engage qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain an efficient recruiting process and strong candidate experience. The role is a six-month contract and requires full-time onsite work at either the Palo Alto or San Francisco office. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates across G&A and other business functions, building pipelines through proactive outreach, conducting initial screens, developing sourcing strategies with hiring managers, and maintaining accurate candidate records in Greenhouse. The recruiter will also coordinate interviews across searches and stakeholders, communicate timely updates to candidates, keep hiring processes moving, and support offers and closing as needed.

Requirements

2–10 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology, fintech, financial services, or high-growth environment.
Strong sourcing skills and demonstrated ability to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Ability to manage interview scheduling and coordination across multiple searches.
Experience recruiting for G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Compliance, and other corporate teams.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Juicebox, or similar recruiting and ATS platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Proactive and resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Disciplined in managing recruiting processes and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Team-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Passionate about recruiting and building high-performing teams.
Able to work full-time onsite at either the Palo Alto or San Francisco office.

Experience recruiting within fintech, financial services, crypto, or digital assets.
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or multiple concurrent searches.
Experience recruiting for senior-level G&A positions.
Experience working in Greenhouse.
Existing sourcing strategies and a strong ability to build pipelines quickly.

Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified candidates across G&A and other business functions using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and other recruiting tools.
Build targeted candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
Conduct initial candidate screens and assess candidates against role requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate candidate activity, notes, and pipeline data in Greenhouse.
Support recruiting across a range of functions as business needs evolve.
Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple searches and stakeholders.
Ensure candidates receive a timely, organized, and positive interview experience.
Coordinate with hiring managers and interviewers to keep processes moving efficiently.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide timely updates.
Support offer and closing processes as needed.
