About The Position

MedSpeed is seeking experienced high-volume recruiters for a 1099 contract opportunity to join their recruiting bench. This role is designed to provide additional recruiting capacity during periods of increased hiring demand, business growth, or new market launches. As an independent contractor, you will manage candidate pipelines and help keep hiring moving for frontline roles that support healthcare logistics. This is an intermittent, temporary engagement where scope, duration, compensation, and deliverables will be established before each assignment. Joining the bench does not guarantee work, and contractors can accept or decline assignments based on availability. The ideal candidate will be located in or willing to visit a MedSpeed hub in New Brunswick, NJ, Eden Prairie MN, Rochester, MN, Milwaukee, WI, or Phoenix, AZ once a month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Ability to quickly learn our roles, processes, and recruiting systems.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple active candidates and openings.
• Organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume recruiting for frontline field positions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates using job boards, recruiting platforms, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and move qualified candidates through the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within our applicant tracking system.
• Partner closely with MedSpeed’s recruiting team to provide additional capacity and keep candidate pipelines moving.
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
