About The Position
EmployBridge is seeking a Field Recruiter in Lakeland, FL. The company values Honesty, Integrity, Maturity, Passion, and Family First. The role involves brainstorming with the team to attract great people to work, using creative thinking to attract candidates, applying marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community, using people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidates, building a pipeline of people, and impacting order fulfillment. The Recruiter will also conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.
Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple customers on a daily basis
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
Responsibilities
- Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
- Use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
- Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
- Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
- Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
- Conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!
