About The Position
The Recruiter supports full-cycle recruiting across assigned business lines and locations, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. The role manages recruitment activities from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff, and partners closely with operational leaders to attract, assess, and hire talent aligned with Thomas Cuisine's culture and values. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship-building skills, organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Commitment to providing a positive candidate experience and supporting Thomas Cuisine's culture and values.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for assigned openings.
- Review resumes and applications against position requirements.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare candidate summaries, interview feedback, and recruiting updates for hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruiting documentation.
- Support candidate onboarding activities following offer acceptance.
- Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant hiring practices.
