About The Position
T3 Services Group is a national company with 8 locations across the US providing Plumbing, Drains, HVAC, and Electrical services to customers. Our business is powered by phenomenal technicians and installers who pride themselves in giving 5 star service to every customer they meet. And we can't forget our amazing administrative staff of call center agents, dispatchers, coordinators, etc who keep the business operating smoothly. Joining the T3 HR/Recruiting team means that you are the gatekeeper for finding, attracting, interviewing, and hiring the best employees in the trades!
Requirements
- Experience working in Recruiting for 3+ years
- Prior experience working in an ATS for all recruiting operational duties
- Must have the ability to work on site, as needed by the business. (details will be discussed in the interview process)
- Passion about a great candidates experience and building a talent pipeline
- Detail oriented to maintain accurate notes and handle all pre-hire requirements
Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruiting
- Sourcing passive candidates
- Collaboration with hiring managers for an excellent candidate experience
- Management of all ad spend, adhering to company budgets
- Eagerness to go to trade schools, job fairs, and open houses to meet with potential candidates
- Opportunity to learn On-boarding to support HR
