About The Position

The Recruiter serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers and candidates, building trusted relationships to support a successful end-to-end hiring process within the Air Power account. The position requires understanding the business, mission priorities, workforce needs, and labor-market dynamics in the talent pools it supports. The Recruiter provides data-driven guidance to hiring leaders on attraction strategies, sourcing approaches, and candidate selection. The role is responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing through social networks, job boards, and applicant tracking systems, and using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and decision-making. Recruiting activities and deliverables must comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

4+ years of experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Experience supporting full-lifecycle recruitment for highly technical, cleared talent across AI/ML, Data Science, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineers, and Information System Security Officer (ISSO) skill sets.
Experience using Workday.
Experience with talent pipelining, Boolean search, and social recruiting techniques to identify passive candidates.
Knowledge of clearance requirements.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
Bachelor's degree.
