About The Position

The Recruiter - Skilled Trades will build the skilled trades teams that enable 1X to scale production. The recruiter partners closely with manufacturing and operations leaders to hire technicians and skilled tradespeople whose craftsmanship, precision, and problem-solving help turn NEO from a design into a production-ready home robot. The recruiter will deliver hiring against manufacturing plans for roles including assembly, electrical, test, quality, and maintenance technicians, as well as machinists. Recruiting results are monitored through pipeline conversion, event show rates, offer acceptance, start rates, and early retention.
