About The Position

Behavior Frontiers is a leader in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment for autism and special needs. We are on a mission to provide top-tier ABA services through a team of dedicated professionals. As we expand rapidly, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our team and play a critical role in attracting top talent to our growing organization. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Background in Psychology, Child Development, ABA, Customer Service, or Healthcare is a plus.
Strong ability to build relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Proactively source and recruit both active and passive candidates through job boards, databases, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess potential candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective hires to create a strong talent pipeline.
Collaborating with leadership teams to align hiring goals with organizational needs
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Support university and college recruitment initiatives.
Communicate with candidates in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with additional recruitment duties as assigned.
