Recruiter (Life Sciences)
About The Position
The Recruiter is responsible for networking with and recruiting healthcare professionals to ensure project needs are staffed with outstanding employees in a timely manner. This role provides strategic support and client delivery to our Life Sciences team, requiring strong relationship-building and recruiting skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience. Works Closely With Recruitment Leaders, Payroll, Accounting, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure accurate pay, compliant submissions, and a strong contractor experience.

- Associates level or higher education in business, sales, marketing, or another-related field
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous sales experience
- Previous experience in a staffing or recruitment setting or position
Responsibilities
- Sourcing employees for specific assignments using various job posting/search mediums.
- Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants
- Aggressively pursue both active and passive candidates, search on job boards
- Act as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired candidates
- Responsible for screening applications and resumes, interviewing candidates, complete reference checks
- Evaluate and recommend candidates for hire
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws
- Documentation of confidential information per HIPAA standards
- All other tasks and duties as assigned
