Forus' Life Sciences team partners with the world’s leading biopharma companies to get more patients on therapy faster—leveraging real-time data, AI, and operational rigor to unblock access and demonstrate impact. As a Life Sciences Strategy Lead, you will own the post-sale success, growth, and long-term impact of our most important biopharma relationships. These are multi-brand, multi-year partnerships that sit at the center of our business and require a mix of structured problem-solving, cross-functional leadership, and executive communication. You will launch new programs, lead internal and client-facing teams, build scalable systems, and serve as a trusted thought partner to clients and colleagues alike. This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Forus' success.
