About The Position

Solstice is redefining how life sciences organizations commercialize their therapeutics by building a commercial engine that allows pharmaceutical marketers to launch campaigns at 100x the speed. The company is experiencing rapid growth, working with over 50+ pharma brands and at the frontiers of technology, experimenting with AI, LLMs, and new frameworks. Solstice is backed by top-tier investors and is looking for a high-performing seller to join the team early and help build the sales engine from the ground up. This role is for someone who wants to sell and build in an early-stage environment.

Requirements

  • An IC with 4–8 years of experience selling SaaS or data platforms
  • Ideally have sold into life sciences, pharma, biotech, or digital health
  • Energized by early-stage environments
  • Competitive, curious, and deeply accountable
  • Based in NYC or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

  • Owning the full sales cycle end to end
  • Hunting and closing net-new logos across life sciences
  • Collaborating directly with product, engineering, and founders
  • Helping shape the sales motion — not just following one
