About The Position

Solstice is redefining how life sciences organizations commercialize their therapeutics by building a commercial engine that allows pharmaceutical marketers to launch campaigns at 100x the speed. The company is experiencing rapid growth, working with over 50+ pharma brands and building applications at the frontiers of AI, experimenting with LLMs and new frameworks. Solstice is backed by top-tier investors and is looking for a dedicated individual with the drive to prove others wrong.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience selling SaaS or data platforms
  • Energized by early-stage environments
  • Competitive, curious, and deeply accountable
  • Based in NYC or willing to relocate

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally have sold into life sciences, pharma, biotech, or digital health

Responsibilities

  • Owning the full sales cycle end to end
  • Hunting and closing net-new logos across life sciences
  • Collaborating directly with product, engineering, and founders
  • Helping shape the sales motion — not just following one
