Requirements

• Biology/life sciences background
• 2+ years hands-on wet lab research experience
• 3+ years client-facing roles in consulting (MBB/LEK preferred), biotech business development, or technical implementations
• Track record leading high-stakes engagements with cross-functional coordination from scientists to executives
• Polished executive communication translating technical science into commercial impact
• Excels in fast-paced ambiguity with ownership and minimal oversight
