The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles across the organization, including IT, software engineering, cybersecurity, product management, project management, customer success, and other business functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, drive recruiting strategy, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing through offer stage. The Recruiter reports directly to the HR Manager. This position requires a highly organized, proactive recruiter who can independently manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong stakeholder communication, operational discipline, and recruiting responsiveness. The Recruiter will also own all recruiting administration activities, maintain accurate ATS documentation, and support hiring managers with consultative recruiting guidance throughout the hiring lifecycle.
