As a Recruiter, you will be vital in identifying and attracting the talent needed to build and scale the systems supporting our growth. You will help hire individuals who will maintain supply chain resilience, operational efficiency, and team readiness as we scale. This role will support Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, Supplier Quality, and broader Business Operations functions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across supply chain, operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, or related business functions.
• Ability to build talent pipelines beyond LinkedIn through industry networks, referrals, niche communities, and targeted market mapping.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate profiles, and move searches forward with speed and clarity.
• Strong candidate assessment and closing skills, especially for operationally critical roles where business impact matters.
• A process-oriented mindset with the ability to keep recruiting workflows sharp, human, and scalable.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology, which may be contingent upon citizenship/permanent residency status or ability to obtain prior license approval from the U.S. Commerce Department or applicable federal agency due to U.S. export laws.
