As a Recruiter, you will be critical in identifying and attracting the talent that builds and scales the systems behind our growth, helping to hire individuals who maintain supply chain resilience, operational efficiency, and team readiness during our scaling phase. This role will support Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, Supplier Quality, and broader Business Operations functions. This is a 6-month contract position.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across supply chain, operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, or related business functions.
• Ability to build talent pipelines beyond LinkedIn through industry networks, referrals, niche communities, and targeted market mapping.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate profiles, and move searches forward with speed and clarity.
• Strong candidate assessment and closing skills, especially for operationally critical roles where business impact matters.
• A process-oriented mindset with the ability to keep recruiting workflows sharp, human, and scalable.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology, subject to U.S. export laws and regulations.
