You will help hire individuals who will maintain the resilience of our supply chain, the efficiency of our operations, and the readiness of our teams as we scale.

Requirements

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across supply chain, operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, or related business functions.
Ability to build talent pipelines beyond LinkedIn through industry networks, referrals, niche communities, and targeted market mapping.
Experience partnering with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate profiles, and move searches forward with speed and clarity.
Strong candidate assessment and closing skills, especially for operationally critical roles where business impact matters.
A process-oriented mindset with the ability to keep recruiting workflows sharp, human, and scalable.

Responsibilities

Support Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, Supplier Quality, and broader Business Operations functions.
