About The Position

Artiva is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing natural killer (NK) cell-based therapies for autoimmune diseases. They are seeking a temporary Recruiter/Sourcer to partner with their People & Culture and hiring teams to identify and engage top talent across scientific, technical, and corporate functions. This role requires a proactive approach to outreach and a commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5 + years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience within biotech and pharmaceuticals.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
• Ability to engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Experience supporting high-growth or scaling organizations.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for scientific, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, technical, and corporate roles.
• Conduct initial recruiter screens and candidate outreach conversations.
• Partner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to understand hiring needs and target candidate profiles.
• Support the recruitment process from sourcing through offer stage.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and activity within the ATS.
• Ensure a positive, responsive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence related to talent availability and compensation trends.
