About The Position

Join an innovative team dedicated to supporting technical teams. As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will develop and implement candidate generation strategies, partnering with clients to enhance the recruiting process.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in high volume sourcing, with a preference for candidates with an agency experience.
  • Experience in conducting heavy calls and emails.
  • Knowledge and experience in Boolean searches.
  • 1+ years of high volume recruiting experience, supporting roles such as Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrician, and Engineering Techs.
  • 1+ years of CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
  • Proficiency in targeted sourcing using tech-focused tools and resources.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Capability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Engage qualified candidates for various technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to create and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders both verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process swiftly to ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency while prioritizing client and candidate experience.
