About The Position

Step into a high‑visibility role as an Executive Sourcing Recruiter on our Data Center Recruiting team in Arlington, VA, where you’ll partner closely with technical leaders to shape hiring strategy and build world‑class talent pipelines. You’ll drive innovative candidate generation approaches, influence decision‑makers, and play a key role in scaling one of the company’s most critical organizations. This position is a 52‑week assignment with the potential for extension or conversion based on performance, budget, and business needs.

Requirements

  • Recruiting, talent acquisition, recruitment, hiring, sourcing.
  • High volume Recruiting experience; phone/email/text.
  • CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of high volume recruiting experience; will be supporting Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrician, Engineering Techs.
  • 1+ years of CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidate.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
  • Targeted sourcing capability utilizing a combination of tech-focused tools and resources.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches for delivering candidates.
  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical using multiple sourcing techniques.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables and timelines.
  • Work with candidates through the interview process at a quick pace to create a great candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, while maintaining client and candidate experience as the top priority within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
