About The Position
We’re looking for a motivated and people focused Recruiter I to join our HR team and help connect great talent with meaningful careers. If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and want hands on experience in recruiting and HR, this role is a fantastic place to grow. This is an entry level opportunity designed to help you build a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition while working closely with hiring managers and experienced HR professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to effectively manage time and multiple priorities
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
- Willingness to learn and grow within Human Resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- ATS/HRIS experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing and screening candidates
- Review resumes and assist with initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates
- Maintain accurate applicant and candidate data in Paycom (ATS)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Assist the HR Director with updating job descriptions
- Conduct new hire orientation and support onboarding activities
- Participate in job fairs and recruiting events
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with employment laws and company policies
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team
