This is a commission-based intern position with a preference for candidates fluent in Chinese Mandarin. The role involves assisting the recruitment team throughout the entire recruitment process, from finding candidates to integrating new employees. Responsibilities include posting job openings, reviewing resumes, screening applications, conducting initial phone interviews, and scheduling further interviews. The intern will also be responsible for updating candidate information in the ATS, creating recruitment materials, supporting pre-employment checks, and assisting with recruitment events. Administrative support to the HR team is also expected.
