About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to serve as a senior strategic talent partner across assigned divisions and communities. This role is responsible for full cycle recruiting efforts while leading broader talent acquisition strategies, elevating hiring practices, and mentoring recruiting peers and business leaders. This Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define evolving talent needs, refine role expectations, and design proactive sourcing and hiring strategies that anticipate future workforce demands. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this role drives a disciplined, data-driven hiring process that delivers a consistent, high-quality candidate experience aligned with YES Communities’ values. Success in this role requires strong judgement, executive-level communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate complex challenges independently, and translate recruiting data into actionable insights that improve hiring outcomes and long-term workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume or multi-location environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full cycle recruiting with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking strategies.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders, influence decision-making, and serve as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Experience in leveraging recruiting data and analytics to drive insights and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Personally lead full cycle recruiting efforts for assigned Division(s) and critical roles.
  • Facilitate strategic intake sessions with hiring managers to align on role expectations, priorities, and hiring strategy.
  • Post open positions and actively manage applicant flow to optimize quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather and synthesize feedback, and adjust recruiting strategies based on business needs.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to community, regional, and divisional leaders by providing credible coaching and actionable feedback.
  • Proactively address complex hiring challenges independently using sound judgement and professionalism.
  • Engage business partners in creative problem solving to drive high-quality, timely hiring outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery or results.
  • Facilitate regular Regional and Divisional recruiting updates, sharing insights and recommendations with leadership.
  • Analyze recruiting data, including funnel performance, bottlenecks, and sourcing effectiveness, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate recruiting metrics and trends into actionable insights that strengthen hiring strategies and forecasting accuracy.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to support peers and business partners across Talent Acquisition.
  • Play a leading role in training new leaders and mentoring recruiting team members.
  • Lead and contribute to significant recruiting projects, process improvements, and team initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed established recruiting metrics, service levels, and performance goals.
  • Model YES Communities’ values and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
  • Assist with Home Office recruiting efforts as needed.
  • Champion and drive change initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team to advance best practices and improve outcomes.
